Great budget hotel in a lovely area near to Tweed Heads, Coolangatta, Gold Coast and Brisbane and a good area to visit interesting places such as beaches mountains, and the reaganel art gallery. Variety of food at breakfast like toast and cereals. Clean and huge rooms with a lovely view to sun down. Obliging, nice people working here. The location was great and gorgeous and beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The rooms turned out to be pet-friendly and well-organised with great air conditioning, an excellent balcony plus the patio. Everyone was very friendly as well as owner. The location to the town centre for a meal was excellent and lovely for what I needed.

The room was affordable and equipped with air conditioning and basic amenities. The river view was magnificent and it was adjacent to restaurants and a liquor store.
The hotel needs an update. There were old stains on the carpet and walls.

Took a room upgrade. Basic rooms are very old and tired and claustrophobic. Pay more get a river view room. Not palatial but clean, good bed and beautiful outlook.

Proprietors were down-to-earth and responsive to customer needs. very friendly and helpful. Near to the river and lovely views of the mountains with peaceful ambience during our stay, a car is necessary as the motel is approx 4kms from the cafes and restaurants, however, the considerate hospitality of the Motel owners eliminated any difficulties with transport in the short term.
